Training Funds to be Paid to Other Locals

 The recently negotiated “NPLA” provides that training fund contributions may be paid to a training fund of a pipeline local union other than Local 798 for hours worked in the pipeline’s local jurisdiction following certification by the UA Pipeline Department that the non-Local 798 training fund provides training in the pipeline industry.
